Welcome back to another Matchside weekly roundup!

April’s a great time of year for watching sport because we’re coming towards the end of the season for the winter sports and just kicking off the summer sports. And for football in particular, with only a few games left of the season, tickets are selling out and you can expect a great atmosphere wherever you end up watching. On top of that, we’ve got Triple Crown snooker, the GB Swimming Championships and it’s time to start planning for the London Marathon. Read on for my best picks, details, and links to tickets.

Also, thanks for subscribing! If you know anyone who would get value from this, please forward it on 🙏

If you don’t fancy the trip up to Sheffield for the World Champs, the next best thing is the Masters in London in January next year. The invitational tournament is one of the Triple Crown — the three biggest tournaments in Snooker — and the only one that takes place in London. A great chance to see the best in the world!
